How do I submit a technical support case?
If you are a returning customer who has already been assigned a SupportExpress password, click on the Returning Customer link in the upper right hand corner to log in.
*PropWeb users please note: You will need to request a new password in order to access SupportExpress. Your PropWeb password will not work.
If this is your first time using SupportExpress, please send an e-mail to: support@funtech.com and you will be provided with a unique password via return e-mail. Once you've received your password, return here to log in.
SupportExpress Features: After logging in, click on the My Account tab at the top of the page. Choose from a variety of billing, ordering and support options.
The right hand side of the screen will give you a summary of your outstanding balance, open cases and open quotes, if applicable. There is also a link for you to search our Knowledge Base.
The left side of the screen enables you to view your shopping cart, edit your preferences and perform detailed search functions.
