Objet260 Connex 3D Printers

Objet Eden 3D Printers

Objet260 Connex: Realistic Prototypes, Fast

The Objet260 Connex 1, 2, and 3 PolyJet 3D printers offer from 14 to 1000+ materials, and world class triple jetting technology in a much smaller footprint. This series' size and speed makes it an ideal 3D printing tool suited for the office environment.

Objet260 Connex 3D Printers

The Objet260 Connex1 3D Printer from StratasysThe Objet260 Connex1
With the Objet260 Connex1, 14 base materials can be utilized, including transparent, rubber like, opaque, and simulated polypropylene. These materials can be printed as large as 255 × 252 × 200 mm (10.0 x 9.9 x 7.9 in.) with a 16-micron layer accuracy. This allows users extremely fine detail they can see and touch after their parts have competed printing. Last a nice feature that the Connex line provides is the material hot swapping capabilities, meaning that users and swap out empty cartridges without having to stop a job.

The Objet260 Connex2 3D Printer from StratasysThe Objet260 Connex2

The Objet260 Connex2 can combine 120 different digital material combinations on a single build. This provides users with the ability to pick specific material characteristics with the detailed precision of the 16 micron printing capabilities. Much like the Connex1, this printer lets users create models as large as 255 x 252 x 200 mm (10.0 x 9.9 x 7.9 in), quickly and efficiently utilizing triple jetting technology.

The material enhancements that users can take advantage of with the Connex2 include digital ABS, bio-compatible, and high temperature materials. Up to 27 materials can appear in one prototype with no assembly, or in a selection of different models all built in one job. Also much like the Connex 1, hot-swapping cartridge capability is available, meaning you can quickly replace an empty cartridge without interrupting your print.

The Objet260 Connex3 3D Printer from StratasysThe Objet260 Connex3
Utilizing thousands of material combinations, the Objet Connex 3 give users not just the most material options for their parts but also color. Incorporating dozens of colors into one prototype, users can pick from over 20 different pallets including rich, vivid opaque and stained-glass-like translucent. The different color options combined with the power of triple-jetting technology, give users the best option with creating detailed models.

With the same build platform as the Connex 1 and 2 and cartridge swapping option, the Connex 3 is really set apart by its wide range material combinations and properties. Being able to utilize two or three materials in specific concentrations and microstructures, users can produce a range of Digital Materials with varying translucency, rigidity, thermal resistance or color.
